This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use ManifestationIQ (manifestationiq.com), why we collect it, and the rights you have under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
1. Who is responsible for your data
The controller of your personal data is Womanify, Marszałkowska 126/134, 00-008 Warsaw, Poland (“we”, “us”). You can reach us at [email protected], by phone at +48 22 307 58 11, or through the contact form.
2. What data we collect
When you contact us. Your name, email address, the topic you choose, the content of your message, and the IP address the message was sent from.
When you browse the site. Our server automatically records technical data in its logs: IP address, date and time of the request, the page requested, browser type and referring page.
Analytics, only with your consent. If you allow analytics cookies, we collect information about how you use the site — pages visited, time spent, device and approximate location based on a shortened IP address. See the Cookie Policy.
Tools on the site. The life path calculator runs entirely in your browser. The date of birth you enter is not sent to us or stored.
3. Why we use it and on what legal basis
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answering your message | Our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us, or steps taken at your request before a contract (Art. 6(1)(f) and 6(1)(b) GDPR) |
| Running and securing the site, preventing spam and abuse | Our legitimate interest in a working, secure website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
| Analytics | Your consent, which you can withdraw at any time (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR) |
| Establishing or defending legal claims | Our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) |
4. How long we keep it
- Contact messages: up to 2 years after our last exchange, then deleted, unless we need them longer to handle a claim.
- Server logs: up to 90 days.
- Analytics data: up to 25 months, or until you withdraw consent.
5. Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under a data processing agreement: our hosting provider, our email provider and, if you consent, our analytics provider. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.
Some pages may link to third-party websites, including partners whose products we review. Once you leave our site, that website’s own privacy policy applies.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
If a service provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we make sure an adequate safeguard is in place, such as a European Commission adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data and receive a copy of it;
- have inaccurate data corrected;
- have your data deleted or its processing restricted;
- receive your data in a portable format;
- object to processing based on our legitimate interest;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing done before you withdrew it.
To use any of these rights, email [email protected] or choose “Privacy or data request” in the contact form. We respond within one month.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw, or with the authority in your own EU country.
8. Is providing data required
No. Providing your name and email in the contact form is voluntary, but we can’t reply without an email address.
9. Automated decisions
We do not make decisions about you based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that have legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has sent us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.
11. Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and access to personal data is limited to people who need it to answer your request or run the site.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when our services or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last updated.
